Finding suitable housing in the Netherlands, especially as a student, can be a stressful, time-consuming, expensive and often unfair process. Many students struggle with high competition, lack of transparency, an impersonal approach and difficulty in securing a place that fits their needs. Landlords and other house providers, on the other hand, face challenges in finding reliable tenants efficiently because they are often bombarded by an overwhelming number of applications. Existing platforms fail to provide a fair and personalized experience, often leading to frustration for both parties.
We are developing an innovative app that streamlines the housing search by prioritizing efficiency, fairness, and user experience for all parties involved. Our platform offers a more organised and balanced approach, ensuring equal opportunities for all users. Additionally, we provide personalized matching tools to help students find not only the right accommodation but also compatible housemates, making the process smoother and more tailored to individual preferences.
