We currently work with three self-managing Development teams and one of those teams will work (even) harder with an extra full-stack team member. With your broad knowledge and experience, you know how to solve complex and less complex issues and identify or devise the right techniques. You are able to set up new environments and shape new solutions based on different architectural choices. You also love working with the team on new developments and arriving at the best solutions.
