EcoSynergy AI is building a cloud-based, “intelligent brain” for large buildings and industrial facilities—combining reinforcement learning, genetic algorithms, and mathematical optimization to radically cut energy consumption while maintaining comfort and productivity. Traditional building management systems rely on static schedules and outdated rules; in contrast, our hybrid-AI platform adapts in real time, continuously learning how to fine-tune HVAC systems, lighting, and equipment scheduling. The result is 10-20% (or more) in energy savings, measurable reductions in CO₂ emissions, and a more sustainable, cost-effective operation.
Our team, composed of AI engineers and creative technologists, has the technical depth to unify IoT data streams, build advanced predictive models, and deploy an automated optimization layer that’s safe, transparent, and user-friendly. With a 6-month pilot, we aim to validate our approach on an actual industrial site, reaching a Technology Readiness Level of 5-7. Afterward, our vision is to commercialize this solution as a scalable software platform for factories, office parks, and public facilities across Europe—contributing to both economic growth and the EU’s pressing climate goals. By demonstrating tangible energy savings and carbon reduction, EcoSynergy AI provides a sustainable path forward for the global transformation toward greener, smarter buildings.
